UK sensation Leona Lewis performed during the San Remo Music Festival in Italy. Her album, Spirit, is already a smash in the UK. It’s set to make its debut stateside April 8th. A source close to Lewis said that she was thrilled to be asked, especially since she happens to be a strict vegetarian.
“She’s hugely proud to have been asked. She’s a strict vegetarian so it’s a cause close to her heart,” The Sun quoted the source, as saying.

If you’re not familiar with Mark ” Grammy Winner for Producer of the Year 2008″ Ronson, you need to be. He’s responsibe for the bulk of the production on pal Amy Winehouse‘s Grammy winning album Back to Black. He’s also worked with a host of others including his protegé, Daniel Merriweather (pictured below). His album is coming soon.
