//American Idol’s David Hernandez’s Stripper Past Revealed//
Current American Idol season contestant, David Hernandez, has found himself at the center of a scandal. Rumors have been swirling of Hernandez’s naked past but now his former employer, Dick’s Cabaret (*snickers*) in Phoenix, confirms.

David performed fully nude lap dances for the club’s predominately male audience for 3 years. The club’s manager, Gordy Bryan, says David worked at the club until September of 2007. He believes Hernandez didn’t renew his contract because he got involved in American Idol.

There has been no statement from Fox about Hernandez’s future with the show. Two past scandals had two different end results. Frenchie Davis was canned from the show for showing her candied yams on an adult website. Antonella Barba was spared the boot when slightly skanky pics of her circulated the internet last year.

I’m so not shocked! I could always picture David shaking his twig and berries in the buff while he performed. I just hope he doesn’t get the boot. He’s one of the few contestants this season I actually like. If he stays, expect Al Sharpton to hold a protest in the Coca Cola Red Room.

LOS ANGELES – The Associated Press has learned that David Hernandez will remain on “American Idol,” despite his past as a male stripper.
Hernandez will perform Tuesday night as planned, said a person close to the show who is not authorized to comment publicly and asked not to be identified.

I am not sure anything should be “done” about David Hernandez. He, at least, has talent. Look at Paris Hilton ! .. She has NO TALENT WHATSOEVER, has been filmed having sex and she is still a diamond in the eye of the press. David naked is a much better image than Paris Hilton !
It is so obvious that he was voted off this week because he is gay and these rumors. He definately had the talent to go on.
