HEARTBREAK! My only reason left to watch American Idol this season after losing my dear, spicy Danny Noriega was sent packing tonight. David Hernandez was giving his walking papers after an over-the-top, corny performance of “I Saw Her Standing There.” This guy has an incredible voice, but I guess unless the judges start shoving someone down our throats (Carly Smithson), their talent will go unnoticed.

Here’s to you, Dave! You’re right-this won’t be the last we see of you. We WILL see you on top–hopefully it’s not on top of a table shaking your birthday  sausage.
