Sexy fetus no longer! Bow Wow is legal! The rapper celebrated his 21st birthday this weekend at Mirage in Las Vegas with Jermaine Dupri, Swizz Beats, Melody & Carmit of the PussyCat Dolls, The Clipse, Snoop Dogg and others.

I’m disturbed by the absence of Omarion. I was dying to see what his hair would look like for such a special event. Shucks!
