//Reports: Beyoncé & Jay-Z Wedding Planned For Today//

I’d be lying if I said the little stan in me wasn’t happy to see that the rumors about the wedding of the century are looking like they’re true. I posted on Tuesday that hip-hop’s royal couple, Beyoncé and Jay-Z, got a marriage license in New York. A little birdie told People.com:

“It was just the two of them,” an eyewitness tells PEOPLE. “They were very polite and smiling as they filled out the paperwork. They were holding hands for a while. They looked really happy.”

The NY Daily News reports Beyoncé’s father, Mathew Knowles, is looking to stack up off the wedding of his first born:

“Mathew first started talking about wedding photos on Monday,” a magazine insider told The News. “He said, ‘How much are you offering?’ There has been a back-and-forth since then, but he has not revealed the date. He is definitely talking about there being wedding pictures.”

Uh, let’s hope that he’s just playing them….

Bey and Jay have a fondness for the number 4. Beyoncé was born on Sept. 4th, Jay on Dec. 4th. Their first date was on the 4th of July. They both have the Roman numeral for four (IV) tattooed on their ring fingers. Today is April 4th, 04-04-08. One could say the 08 represents the two fours coming together–I totally get an A+ in “stan math.” Jealous?
