Producer/songwriter/singer Ryan Leslie (you know, the dude who is always hanging around with Cassie) is jumping out from behind the boards to bring us his debut self-titled album this summer. Here is the video for his first single, Diamond Girl. I kinda dig what he’s going for. What do you think?

I like this dude. I knew about back in 2006 but since he was producing Cassie, I gave him the side eye but something made me listen to his music and he is the real deal. I love “Diamond Girl” for sure.
I was at Spring Bling and he performed…I honestly was like ‘who the hell is he?!?!’. But he killed his performance and I’m a new fan! He was nice too:)
