//New Music: Ne-Yo – Let’s Just Be//

More new music from Ne-Yo’s third album, “Year of the Gentleman,” is leaking to the internet and let’s just say, I’m not complaining. The first single, “Closer,” seems to be a lot different from the other material. This song, “Let’s Just Be,” follows the usual Ne-Yo pattern–it’s a smooth, melody driven mid-tempo cut that could have easily appeared on either of his last two albums. That’s no put down; Ne-Yo’s last two albums are still in heavy rotation in my MP3 player. I have no reason to believe the next won’t live up to its predecessors.
