Mariah Carey was spotted out & about in LA for her autograph signing at the Hard Rock Cafe. She also donated some memorabilia. MiMi made sure it was easy to touch her body in this horribly tacky ensemble. Sorry Meems! You can do better! Well….. The shades are fly though.

 

Word is fans booed the singer as she was 2 hours late for her appearance. Shame!
