Events: National Hip-Hop Team Vote Launch

Ci Ci aka Ciara was in Philly to attend the 2008 National Hip-Hop Team Vote launch. The campaign encourages young people to register and get out there and vote this election season. Others on hand for the launch included BET 106 & Park hosts Rocsi and Terrence J, Russell Simmons, Flo Rida & T.I.
