//Live Nation Hammering Out Multi-Million Dollar Deal With Shakira//

Concert promoting giant Live Nation is looking to add to their growing roster of huge stars with another huge deal. The company is in talks with Colombian superstar Shakira to sign her to a multi-million dollar deal similiar to those they’ve signed with Madonna, Jay-Z, and U2.

The New York Post reports the deal is worth an estimated $70 million. It would involve Live Nation having control of Shakira’s touring, mechandising, and recording. Shakira still owes her current label, Epic Records, two more albums.

The deal is expected to be final by the end of the year.
