Rihanna, along with many other stars, celebrated the 4th of July in New Orleans at day one of the Essence Music Festival. Rih took the stage to perform in this cute lacey dress accessorized with her little rocker girl touch.

Other stars making an appearance over the 3-day festival was Chris Brown, Solange, Bow Wow, Mary J. Blige, Keyshia Cole, LL Cool J and many more.
