Miley Cyrus appeared on MTV’s TRL to talk about her brand new album, “Breakout,” that hit stores yesterday. Miley looks adorable and age appropriate in this pink polka dot number. Miley continues to be Hollywood Records’ cash cow. “Breakout” is on track to sell around 400,000 copies in its first week according to Hits Daily Double. Go ‘head chica!
