Teen queen, Miley Cyrus, performed the title track off her new album, “Breakout,” at the opening of this weekend’s Disney Channel games. If you’re keeping track, this performance was taped during the midst of her 900th picture scandal. The infamous Vanity Fare one to be exact. She did a good job considering everything that was going on at the time.
