Solange is overseas starting the international promotion for her new album, “Sol-Angel and the Hadley Street Dreams.” She stopped by GMTV for a quick interview and to perform her smash hit, “I Decided.” This girl does not come off as very charming in interviews but she gets a pass. She’s one hell of a performer. Solo’s album is due out August 26th in the States.
