Holy pudding pops! Who the hell is this and where is Lil Mama?

The normally tom-boyish or very….uh…creative dresser came out looking all woman and all fab for the “Do Something Awards” pre-party for the Teen Choice Awards going down tonight in Hollywood.

Who knew she had all this super moistness locked up in there. I mean, how can you deliver this, then offer up this? I’m speechless. I lurves it.
