Beyoncé has already been confirmed to headline the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans in July of 2009, but if you can’t make it to the Big Easy, don’t fret. Bey is planning to support her as-yet-untitled album, being released November 18, with a world tour to begin in the spring of 2009. Much like her successful Beyoncé Experience tour, she will play to her international fans first before heading back to the US to perform in early summer. If you’re yearning for new Bey before then, make sure you catch her performing her new single(s) on the MTV European Music Awards on November 6. Also planned for the album is an AOL Session performance and a deluxe issue of the release.

In related news, Beyoncé’s singles will be making their debut a week later than originally expected. “If I Were a Boy” and “SIngle Ladies” will be serviced to radio on October 14; the videos for each will go into rotation later this month.
