So Miley Cyrus doesn’t actually turn 16 until November but when you’re teeny bits’ hottest star, you can party it up a little early. Miley had a star studded birthday party for her 16th at Disneyland with pals like Mitchell Musso, Cody Linley, Emily Osment, David Archuleta and more in attendance. Life must be sweet!
