 
The long-awaited singles by the Mighty B aka Beyoncé premiered on radio today. “If I were A Boy” hit Z100, and “Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)” premiered on Power 105.
I’m not just saying this because I’m a long time Bey stan (11 years and counting, what!) but I’m wholeheartedly impressed with both the mid-tempo, guitar driven “Boy” and and the hand-clapping, party jam of “Ladies.” Bey gets hit with criticism for having both of her first singles from her previous albums feature her hubby Jay-Z, but she is carrying both songs all on her own and doing a damn good job.
