Another day, another celebrity shoving skunk water down your throat and accidentally spraying it in your eyes. This time it’s Jessica Simpson and her new fragrance “Fancy.” Jessica signed autographs for purchasing fans at Dillard’s in Dallas, Texas yesterday at the launch.
