Hilary Duff has come a long way since her days as a Disney starlet in Lizzie McGuire. On November 11th, the now 21-year-old singer/actress will release a best of collection called…you guessed it, The Best of Hilary Duff. The first single off that set is called Reach Out and here is the official video. I can’t say I care for the song much. She’s had better material.
