Michelle Williams was back in NYC to get her party on at hairstylist to the stars Ursula Stephen’s birthday party. If you didn’t know, Ursula is responsible for Michelle’s brand new haircuts and has also worked with Keyshia Cole and that little goddess Rihanna on their makeovers.
