16 years ago the world was blessed with a super bubbly, naughty picture takin’, pop/sometimes country singin’, Hannah Montana actin’, ‘oh sweet niblets’ sayin’ Disney diva: Miley Cyrus. The teen queen celebrated the big day at the American Music Awards with a big performance and one super sweet cake backstage with her daddy Billy Ray Cyrus, mom Tish Cyrus, Jordin Sparks, Julianne Hough, Ashley Tisdale and Taylor Swift.
