Single Ladies

Sasha Fierce (or was it Beyoncé?) appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres Show today to perform two song, her hit single “Single Ladies” from her new album I Am…Sasha Fierce, and “Flaws And All” from her last album, B’Day.

In the interview Beyoncé revealed she enjoys performing songs like “Flaws And All” over the upbeat songs she’s known for. Ellen also got the singer to talk about her marriage and offered her a wedding present of hotel towels and a coffee maker.

Flaws and All - Beyonce appears to cry during the performance. I would be much more moved if she didn’t do this on 96% of all the shows during her Beyonce Experience tour, or gaze into the camera as if to say “Are you getting this? The tear is about to fall. Don’t pan away yet!”
