We love Ciara here at Neon Limelight. She’s a sweetheart and her songs are moister than a fat man’s belly button straight out the shower. We do not love these high waisted pants on her though. The entire look just doesn’t come together and the 1997 blended weave is a huge no no. Pull out the #27 yaki CiCi!
