OK, look…I love Ciara. She’s a great dancer and passable singer. But ever since she vowed to take us on a Fantasy Ride, something about the R&B star feels a bit….forced. This need to break out of the urban arena and into the mainstream has given her the urge to get a bit more sexy, slightly more edgy, and a pinch more…tranny. Yes, harsh, but what are we if not honest!?
Now that I’ve gotten that out of the way, I can lay on the praise.
CiCi broke out some seriously sweet leathery goodness last night at the New York premiere of Notorious. For the most part, she looked every bit the diva she wants to be known as. My only complaint: she could have done a little more thinking when it came to the makeup. She only looks slightly like Rupaul‘s little sister. Hey, that’s no jab. Ru is a pretty, pretty lady.
