Kelly Clarkson took a detour from her pop roots on her 2007 album My December, but it looks like she’s back to making that gloriously sticky sweet (yet rockin’) music again–at least that’s what I think after listening to a 30-second preview of her comeback record “My Life Would Suck Without You.”
Not only is the title hard to type (sad fingers!), the song is also hard not to like. The guitars blare, the drums boom, Kelly belts–it’s like a shot of ”Since You’ve Been Gone” goodness!
The track was written and produced by pop’s elite go-to guy, Max Martin, and will lead Kelly’s new album, All I Ever Wanted, released on March 17.
