Pete Wentz is playing several roles in his life nowadays: musician, husband to wife Ashlee Simpson, and dad to son Bronx Mowgli. Now, you can add cupid to that long list.
The Fall Out Boy bassist and singer-songwriter Tyrone Wells are teaming up with Invisible Children, an organization that provides aid for the war-affected people of northern Uganda, to raffle off a chance at having a personalized video message sent by either Wentz or Wells to your sweetie for Valentine’s Day.
Tickets can be purchased as two for $2, four for $5, or 20 for $20 on Invisible Children’s online store until February 11.

The Bajan pop princess Rihanna was supposed to be the belle of the RIAA inaugural ball last week, but the singer found herself heading for her pumpkin carriage a little earlier than planned.
Rihanna headlined the RIAA’s ball at Ibiza in Washington DC on inauguration night (Jan. 20). The event benefited Feeding America, an organization collecting funds to end hunger in the US. After only a few songs, Rih disappeared from the stage, never to return again. Turns out technical problems caused Rihanna to cut her set short.
In an effort to back Rihanna and their event up from the wrath of disappointed attendees, the RIAA’s SVP Joel Flatow made a public apology to the singer via RIAA.com. “We share your disappointment, and wish to apologize for the fact, that exceptional weather conditions created a production issue that prevented you and your band from finishing your set,” he wrote. ”The songs you did perform, however, utterly mesmerized everyone in attendance!” “We are grateful for the great professionalism you demonstrated in the face of these technological issues.” Read full letter here.
Rihanna will have a chance to redeem herself as she is set to headline the Pepsi Smash Super Bowl Bash tonight (Jan. 29) in Tampa, FL airing on VH1 at 9PM EST.
