The Grammys are getting into full swing with week with a series of events and parties taking place up until the big awards show on Sunday.

Many performers, nominees, presenters and plain ol’ swag lovers came out for day one of the Style Studio. Attendees included Fantasia, Jazmine Sullivan, Eric Benet,Taboo of the Black Eyed Peas, Duffy, Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson.

A frank discussion about the ins and outs of the record industry was given by some of today’s biggest hitmakers like Ne-Yo, Keri Hilson, Jesse McCartney and producer Jimmy Jam at Grammy’s career day in Los Angeles.
