The Early Show caught up with Katy Perry and she performed her new single, “Thinking of You,” live at Hotel Cafe in LA this week. It’s kind of weird seeing Katy like this–so demure and subdued–but it’s a great change of pace. She sounded wonderful, and even though she looked every bit of the church girl she used to be, she looked incredible! She may not be a contender for Best New Artist tomorrow at the Grammys (snubbed much!?), but she’s definitely a new artist with enough potential to outlast the hype of the award (Milli Vanilli, anyone?). Check it!
