//Chris Brown Booked, Released; Sources Confirm Rihanna As Victim; Wrigleys Suspend Brown Ads//
Today, even more disturbing details surface surrounding the alleged assault incident involving R&B star Chris Brown that took place early Sunday morning (Feb. 8).
Sources are now confirming that the victim in the domestic violence report against the 19-year-old singer is his girlfriend, Grammy award winning singer Rihanna.
Police, however, still won’t confirm the victim’s identity citing confidentiality for victims of domestic abuse cases. TMZ reports the police report was made in the name of Robyn Fenty, Rihanna’s birth-name.
According to the LAPD’s press release, Brown and an unidentified woman (believed to be Rihanna) got into an argument while in a vehicle driven by the singer in the Hancock Park area of Los Angeles are 12:30 AM Sunday. The argument became physical when the two exited the vehicle. The disturbance was reported to 911 by a bystander. Police arrived on the scene to find the woman with visible injuries TMZ reports as “contusions and bite marks”; she identified Brown as her attacker. Brown fled the scene before police arrived.
The singer, arriving with his infamous attorney, Mark Geragos, turned himself in for questioning shortly after 7PM Sunday. He was charged with felony criminal threat and released after posting $50,000 bail. Additional charges can be added at the discretion of the district attorney. Brown is due in court on March 5.
The allegations sent shockwaves throughout the music world as the couple, who looked happy hours before the incident at Clive Davis‘ annual pre-Grammy party, were supposed to be a highlight of the 51st annual Grammy Awards with both nominated for multiple awards and performing.
The repercussions of the charges are already manifesting. Chewing gum giant Wrigley’s who employed Brown to remix their Double Mint Gum jingle released a statement saying, “We have made the decision to suspend the current advertising featuring Brown and any related marketing communications until the matter is resolved.”

i just found out that that him and that “mystery girl” was just having a shouting contest and somebody near by thought they were arguing foreal so they called the police on him. i don’t know how this story fits into the other evidence but i hope this story i just told you is true.
