The singer/actress took home a Grammy and delivered a tear inducing performance at the show this weekend, she’ll be heading out on the road with R&B star Robin Thicke for a co-headlining tour this Spring and she’ll premiere her brand new video “If This Isn’t Love” tomorrow on AOL.
