Singer/songwriter The-Dream knows how to craft a summer hit. He and producer partner Tricky Stewart did put together 2007′s biggest international hit “Umbrella” for popstar Rihanna. He even got a little chart action for himself with the first single from his debut album”Shawty Is A 10” and another cut, “I Love Your Girl.” The problem with his new single, “Rockin’ That Thang“: it’s currently the middle of winter. Even still, the breezy R&B jam can withstand the cold and at least get bodies warmed up on the dancefloors in the clubs. It’s irresistable, swaying hook and subtle sexiness has enough heat to make it a hit through spring time.
