Not even a full day after a horrific image of a battered and bruised Rihanna taken at the scene of a vicious attack allegedly by the singer’s boyfriend Chris Brown, new photos of the pop goddess taken on Thursday (Feb. 19) emerged.
Wearing a short, wavy black wig and black sunglasses, Rihanna was snapped in an SUV reportedly on her way to LAX to an unknown location.
The healing star, who celebrates her 21st birthday today (Feb. 20), also released her first statement since the Feb. 8 altercation that left her hospitalized and Brown booked on suspicion of making criminal threats.
“At the request of the authorities, Rihanna is not commenting about the incident involving Chris Brown,” the statement issued by her spokersperson reads. ”She wants to assure her fans that she remains strong, is doing well, and deeply appreciates the outpouring of support she has received during this difficult time.”
Brown released a statement last week saying he was “sorry and saddened” by the incident and seeking the counseling of his close family and pastor.

i know she might love Chris i mean what is not to like he is a cute guy, dances real good and has the greatest smile i’ve ever seen but even if this is the first time he did this to Rihanna which i dont believe after this i dont think think much of Chris all those looks just faded away …..no matter what the case might be he should’ve walked away and not put a finger on her or any woman and for that he has lost my respect ….i mean that boy had it all and over something petty he lost it all i dont think anyone will see him in the same way….i hope Rihanna learns from this and not to fall for his promises HE WILL DO IT AGAIN…..SHE DESERVES BETTER….JENNY =)
I think everyone needs to stop giving her so much love! It is annoying how everyone is being so biased on this! no one’s business… MIND IT!
