//Chris Brown Enters No Plea, Arraignment To Continue April 6//

It was a media circus outside the Los Angeles District Court this afternoon (March 5) as a visibly nervous Chris Brown arrived for arraignment on two felony charges stemming from an Feb. 8 altercation with girlfriend Rihanna.

Earlier in the day the news broke that the singer was charged with making criminal threats and felony assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury.

19-year-old Brown arrived with his high-powered attorney Mark Geragos; a few close friends and family members, including his mother, Joyce Hawkins, were also present.

He didn’t say much, only answering “yes” and “yes, ma’am” when asked if he understood his rights in the case.

There was no plea entered. Geragos asked that the arraignment be continued to April 6. The judge granted the request, but not without warning Brown that he is not allowed to “annoy, harass, threaten, molest or use force or violence against anyone.”

Attorney Donald Etra was present to represent Rihanna. When asked if there was a protective order in place for the victim, Etra replied: “Ms. Fenty requests no such order.”

If there were true justice in this world, we’d lock assh*le Brown in a car with a guy who weighs 80 pounds more than him, all muscle, and let that guy punch the sh*t out of Brown’s face. What a freaking WUSS Brown is, hitting a girl because she complained about his former sex partner’s lengthy text message! He’d only get mad if he’s actually cheating on Rihanna. I hope that text message is leaked, we should see what kind of creep Brown is.

BOYCOTT CHRIS BROWN!! Take him down!

Brown’s attorney claims that the case can’t go forward without Fenty’s testimony. This is incorrect. Brown already admitted to the crime, and there’s plenty of evidence because Fenty talked at great length to the police and Brown was an idiot and sent a text message to Fenty’s manager. He’s screwed, and should be. Hope he enjoys prison.

  3. I have a feeling he is going to get away with this. Some good PR, some bait and switch tactics, a little stalling and poof… he walks away free.
