After Kayne West rocked the stage with a performance of his single Heartless, it was time to bring out the very first American Idol ever, Kelly Clarkson. The platinum selling diva returned to promote her brand new album All I Ever Wanted. After a very awkward interview with host Ryan Seacrest (The singing? Really Ryan? Ew), Kelly slayed with a performance of her smash single My Life Would Suck Without You.
I would hate to be the contestants waiting to see if they got the boot. They couldn’t really enjoy Kelly’s performance and that’s a shame because she rocked!
I love watching American Idol, but frankly, I hated Kanye West’s performance and switched to another channel (any of the current contestants sing better than he does) and I did the same with Kelly Clarkson, who looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there, maybe because she’s put on weight and felt self-conscious. She looked downright unkempt, which is surprising because she’s normally so put together.
Whatever! Kelly has more talent in her little finger than most ever will! K.W. sucked!
