//Video Blog Goodness: Have You Seen Melanie Fiona’s Missing Camera!?//

Limelight Spotlight favorite Melanie Fiona is off to a great start for 2009. She’s garnering some serious buzz over her forthcoming debut album entitled The Bridge and her addictive single Give It To Me Right.

Last week she was in the UK supporting Kanye West protege Mr. Hudson in concert and she returned to the states to shoot her first music video in New York last weekend.

But something awful happened in London–Melanie lost her beloved Canon camera! Missing her pictures and videos she has stored on the cam (nothing explicit, pervs!), Mel took to her YouTube channel to get the word out and hopefully track it down.

Seeing how the Neon Limelight staff has a deep, undying love for Canon cameras (it’s the brand of camera we’ve used for years of stanning at concerts), we’re more than happy to spread the word. So, if you or someone you know has Mel’s camera, let her know by tweeting its whereabouts to her on Twitter. You can remain anonymous.

I was a fan until I started following her on twitter. Some of her comments about other artists come off a little stuck up. She’s new in the game, and she’s generating some buzz, but please Ms Melanie, don’t let it go to your head and please stop critisizing and judging other artist or you may not make it in the states. IMO
