//Live Performance Goodness: Gavin DeGraw Gets ‘Free’ On Spring Tour//
Gavin DeGraw kicked off his spring tour in support of his third album, Free, last week in Portland, Oregon. The tour, which is being called the Where It Began tour, will find Gavin performing songs from the new set and stripping back songs from his previous releases.
If you haven’t been to a Gavin DeGraw show, you’ll be more than convinced to check him out when he hits your city after viewing the above video. On the second date of the tour in Seattle, Gavin took to his guitar to perform the title-track from his new album with his band. The singer/songwriter — who is sporting a sweet new haircut — explained to the sold-out crowd that with this song and album he wanted to break the chain of making pop records and just make “a good f*cking record.”
Mission accomplished.
