American Idol season 5 alum Kellie Pickler will hit the stage as the opening act for BFF Taylor Swift’s spring tour starting at the end of this month, but she was strutting on a different stage last night in NYC. The country sweetie walked the catwalk at the Dressed to Kilt charity fashion show at the M2 Lounge, which was hosted by Sir Sean Connery and even had Gossip Girl’s resident bad boy Ed Westwick aka Chuck Bass showing some sexy leg in a Scottish kilt.

Kellie kept it cover on stage in a floor length plaid kissed gown, and looked cute and classy on the rep carpet in high-waisted wide-leg jeans and a crisp white button-up.

In other Kellie news, the video for her new single, Best Days of Your Life, which she wrote with Swift, hit the internet. A no good, cheating boyfriend finds out the girl he cheated with is nothing compared to Kellie and pays for it (big time!) when he tries to get Kel back.
