//Etta James Performs “At Last” On Dancing With The Stars//

Clearly Etta James is a wee bit out of Neon Limelight’s demographic, but a new interest in the 71-year-old singer was sparked after a highly publicized sorta-beef with the reigning pop/R&B queen Beyonce.

James lashed out at the 27-year-old Beyonce for performing “her song” — the wedding staple “At Last” — at President Barack Obama’s Neighborhood Ball on inauguration night.

“I can’t stand Beyonce. She had no business up there singing,” she said at a concert in Seattle in January.

She later said she was only joking, but said she could have done a better job singing the song in an interview with the New York Daily News.

Well, James turned up on Dancing With The Stars Tuesday night (April 7) to revive her signature song her way. Of course she was unable to perform with the same verve as she was many years ago, but Miss James rocked it.
