Demi Lovato is a rare breed. While other Disney stars make it by on their marketable looks and so-so singing voices, Demi emerges as the real deal. The 16-year-old singer/songwriter paid a visit to the Ellen DeGeneres show to perform her latest single called “Don’t Forget” from her debut album of the same name. The song is a tough one to perform live and would devour a lesser singer but Demi was in control the whole time. She even showed a little edge while rocking out on her guitar. Demi for the complete and total win!!
While on the show, she also announced her very first headlining tour with another Neon Limelight fav David Archuleta. Dates for the tour can be seen here.

Im a devout MUSIC fan and I’m sorry to say but this girl cannot sing and really doesn’t deserve the hoopla that is marketed for her. I think she is a good little actress but music. No, sorry guys. She is trained to shout out her songs in the jonas brother style. They can’t sing either. They shout. They don’t have singing voices.

Disney marketing stage direction to pick up a guitar and use their acting ability to pretend to play guitar or sit in front of a piano. All coached, staged and engineered talent. As far
as real MUSIC TALENT, they have none.

Now that’s REAL MUSICAL TALENT. They don’t pretend. Just sayin. Of course all ten and eleven year olds are too immature to understand real music talent and will follow acts like lovato and jonas brothers. Disney hypes them up so much it’s all you hear on the station. They force you to be their fan or follow that shoutlike music.
