Cry no more, Blink-182 fans. The band known for their catchy tunes and bare booties are back together making music. They’re also back together making videos if a post of singer/bassist Mark Hoppus’s blog is to be believed.

He recently posted up a few shots of his band–who made the announcement that they’d reunite at this year’s Grammy awards–in front of huge green screens shooting what appears to be a music video, but according to an interview with MTV News, the shots represent something far greater than a standard music vid.

“It’s not really a music video shoot, and it’s not really a movie shoot,” he said. ” It’s something that no other band has done, and the technology behind it is ridiculous. I don’t even know how to explain it.”

You don’t have to explain it, Mark. We’re fine just salivating over the pics until the big secret is revealed.

Did you watch the final version on DoreitosLateNight.com or whatever it was called? I didn’t think it was that good, but the idea behind it was quite original at least!
