Ciara continues her busy week in NYC last night by stepping out to attend Operation Smile’s 2009 Smile Event at Cipriani Wall Street. Operation Smile helps children born with cleft lips, cleft palates and other facial deformities receive the care and reconstructive surgery they need to have a get a brand new smile.
Others attending the event were new Island Def Jam signee Adrienna Bailon, rocking brand new blunt cut bangs, singer/songwriter Vanessa Carlton, and singer/songwriter/producer Ryan Leslie.
