Even if the sales of her third album, Fantasy Ride, aren’t exactly hot (the album debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 album chart selling just under 81,000 copies), Ciara still brings the heat.
The 22-year-old Atlanta-born diva worked the red carpet at the Maxim Hot 100 10th anniversary party last night in Santa Monica, CA wearing a form-fitting strapless mini dress accentuated with a black belt and super sexy black platform heels. CiCi — who comes in at a sweet #32 on the hot 100 — brought some of her street-chic attitude to the look by wearing long cornrow braids in her hair.
Couple this with her dramatic eyes and pale lip and you have one scorching inferno of hawtness.
