I am not surprised by the outcome of this contest. America voted and now she will get what she deserves.

I think the outcome really worked out for both of them. Kris gets the promotional push he needed and Adam is no longer restricted by the lameness of American Idol.

I wish them both the best of luck.

Simon has been spot on with his predictions about idols – he didn’t think Taylor Hicks was a good choice and it turns out he didn’t make it in the real world. He said Carrie Underwood would sell more albums than any past idol and she did. He now says they have finally found a world star and I am absolutely positive he is right again.

Adam has it all. I’ll bet if Elvis were in this competition when he was young, the same thing would have happened. There was a group of people that villianized him when he first came on the scene. Don’t think he would have won American Idol either.

Adam is the real winner of this season.

Adam will not only rock America, he will rock Asia and Europe.
If majority of our three hundred million population here really don’t care for him… he will have 1.4 billion in China, 1.3 billion in India and all of Europe will buy his album and go see his concerts.

It’s not AI, I can see the shock on Simon’s face when Danny was voted out, then the “not believe” expression when Kris won. I don’t think the general public understands the core reasons for picking an ultimate talent are by the way they criticize Simon’s judgments. Simon knows what it takes to be a supper star. I don’t see what Kris has left to launch a career of any height… like the loan officer told the poor underdog, don’t worry, I get you qualified to get this mansion, we’ll make up something.
On the other hand, Adam doesn’t need the AI trophy! the exposure alone has already launched him to super-stardom. He has extreme vivid imagination; he’s a perfectionist and a compassionate professional. As I said previously, Adam has the presence of Elvis and possesses a splash of Brando’s attitude. All the power to you Adam.

First, let me say I’m a HUGE fan of Lambert. I cannot wait for this amazing artist to show the public what he has in the soul. I’m not worried a bit about the fact that he will do whatever he dreams of. Producers will be begging for him to sign a contract (I hope he is not linked for to long to AI). Everybody saw this guy HUGE potential, which means that he can bring the money back home.

That said: I think it is MUCH BETTER for him to be in second place. Why? To have the liberty to choose a carreer that he wants. I’ve read that idol’s contracts are quite restrictes for the artist in many ways (image, music style, etc..) If what I read is true, the artist is linked for life (or as long as he can bring the profit) with the AI company (19 something). I didn’t wish that for Lambert because he seems to have more to offer and us, the fans, we exactly want to see a raw product, and not something reffined by the AI team to assure he will sell tons of records.

I think that the young Allen will fit the AI mold more properly and it is a great opportunity for him to make a great album, with his own songs.

I hope Lambert will be picky and will use some strategy to sign a valuable contract that will let him be as extraverted and free as he can be. Any ways, Adam is a winner with SUCH HIGH visibility.

Can’t wait to hear more from that inspirational guy.
