Twitter is a wonderful place. Stars let their guard down and reveal some pretty awesome things there. Like Cassie who revealed her new half shaved rock star-ish hair do. Or Solange who shot down rumors of her being dropped from her label. And lets never forget Willie Taylor of Day26 who let a Day26 hater have it in an e-war ultimately revealing you should never mess with him!
Demi Lovato is taking to this new trend as well. She already let the name of her new album slip in a tweet on the micro-blogging website. Now she wants her fans to know the name of the first single off the new set and its official release date.
“So…should I tell you guys my single and my release date? I just found out a few hours ago,” Demi wrote to build suspense. “Okay…ready? I think this has been long enough…”
After teasing her followers and fans, Demi revealed the first single off her new album Here We Go Again will be its title track and she will shoot its video soon. Her sophomore album now has a set release date of July 21st.
Demi plans to perform some of the new material on her summer tour with opening act David Archuleta. Tickets for the trek are currently on sale.

OMG, I am so excited for Demi’s new album! It is going to be such a hit! Can’t wait! I love her music from Don’t Forget. She is going to be so much more mature in “Here We Go Again”! Yay!
