Throngs of fans turned out for popular New York radio station Hot 97’s annual Summer Jam concert this past weekend. With tons of hot stars on the bill, the show was almost guaranteed to be great. But it was a cameo from rapper Jay-Z that still has folks talking.

During fellow rapper Young Jeezy’s set, Hova made his surprise appearance and took the stage. He helped Jezzy finish out his song Put On before launching into a performance of his new single D.O.A. (Death of Auto-tune) that will more than likely appear on his new album The Blueprint 3 dues in stores September 11th.

Best moment? Jay rapping about the death of auto-tune with the king of auto-tune, T-Pain, on the stage. Classic!
