Californian singer/songwriter Marié Digby became a fast favorite of Neon Limelight’s when she released her debut album, Unfold, last year which featured a cover or our favorite pop goddess Rihanna’s smash hit “Umbrella.”
Marié’s sophomore album, Breathing Underwater, is on the way this July in the U.S., but Digby fans in Japan are treated to a video for the official first single there, “Feel.” The video was shot in Tokyo and is one of Digby’s favorite songs on the album.
The production on “Feel” is a bit different for Marié — as is the case with many of the songs on Breathing Underwater — but what remains the same is Marié ability to draw fans in with her honest lyrics and emotion evoking voice.

Her new album will be released on June 24 as it’s scheduled originally, but US ver. was postpopned again to September 8. Plus Japanese ver. has four bonus tracks — “Sanctuary”, “Make It Happen”, “Surrender” and “Fool On Parade”.

Her Japanese official website has updated today, on June 24th, as the latest album has released. And her official blog started about a week ago. It’s written by Japanese music label staff and Marie & she left her first post yesterday(23rd). It’s linked from her website, so check it out.
