Rihanna displayed this hotness while attending the Carol’s Daughter Hand and Foot Spa event in New York City yesterday (June 16) wearing unbearably cute black and white peep toe polka dot pumps, a black exaggerated shoulder blazer, and showed off her gorgeous gams in a sinful mini-dress.
