Virginia-based five-some Parachute got a taste of success when they released their debut single “She Is Love” earlier this year. The song became a Adult Contemporary radio staple, and the video was the belle of the VH1 ball. It was also featured in a Nivea skincare commercial. Talk about lucky breaks!

But it wasn’t all luck. The band — which consists of lead singer Will Anderson (pictured above), drummer Johnny Stubblefield, keyboardist Kit French, lead guitarist Nate McFarland, and Bassist Alex Hargrave — saw luck and raised it bundles of talent.

The guys will follow-up “She Is Love” with their latest rich melody-laden tune “The Mess I Made.” They’ve already shot the video for the song with director Brad Furman a couple weeks back. Check out some pictures from the set and check back for the video premiere. Listen to “The Mess I Made.”

Parachute’s debut album, Losing Sleep, is in stores now.
