Tuesday (July 7) thousands of fans will pour into the Staples Center in Los Angeles to remember one of the greatest entertainers of our time: Michael Jackson.
Among those fans will be quite a few famous admirers, several media outlets report.
Rumors are swirling that singers Jennifer Hudson and Mariah Carey will be taking the stage to perform, and the idea is very likely; they’re both confirmed on the guest list.
Usher — who was unable to attend and perform a tribute to Jackson at this year’s BET Awards — is also confirmed to be at the Staples Center, though it is unclear whether or not he will perform. Others attending include Stevie Wonder, Lionel Richie, John Mayer, and Smokey Robinson.
The memorial will begin at 10AM PST and will air live on CNN, and stream online on several news websites.
